The IM eClinic server experienced a partial failure recently, which may have affected member training data and new member accounts created between July 4, 2020 and July 12, 2020.

If you are receiving calls from your IM-Home members or notice missing accounts, please contact IM Technical Support immediately for assistance with this issue.
